Following the adoption of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation in July 2024, the European Commission has recently published a Frequently Asked Questions.

The FAQ document addresses a wide range of topics, from the scope of the regulation to specific product categories, the Digital Product Passport, the Ecodesign Forum and the timeline for implementation.
